I chose the path to real estate in 1995 in Tennessee, and enjoy working with both sellers and buyers. I prefer the dry, warm weather, but even in the cold of winter I load up to preview land for listings and show to buyers. I have many recommendations and referrals from buyers and sellers that I'm happy to share and I work to try and make each transaction as easy and stress free as possible. Located approximately 45 minutes west of Nashville, with land and homes listed less than an hour from Nashville, I work many areas, but my main areas are Hickman, Dickson, Wayne and Lewis Counties in Tennessee. I specialize in residential, land and farms. I also sell elite homes with acreage, country homes with land in Central Tennessee, timber property, hunting land and creek property. I'm a member of the Greater Nashville Board of Realtors, Tennessee Real Estate Association, Chamber of Commerce, and active in the community.
